18:14 - Report of disturbing the peace in Loyalton. A neighbor considered pursuing civil prosecution.

08:15 - Cow on the road near Dobbins outside of Sierra County.
11:07 - The Sheriff’s Office assisted another agency in Loyalton.
13:24 - Someone in Calpine needed a fix-it ticket signed.
14:32 - Accidental 9-1-1 call from the Downieville area.
15:13 - Parking problem in Calpine.
15:36 - Report of an injured raccoon in Loyalton.
16:09 - Smoke near Sierra City.
19:58 - Report of suspicious circumstances in Yuba County. The caller was directed to the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office.
Thursday, April 16
04:20 - Request to check the ATM in Downieville after the power went out. The machine was safe and sound.
08:49 - Ambulance requested in Loyalton.
17:00 - Report of a suspicious person “acting out” next to a vehicle on Highway 49 near Loganville. It was found that the person was upset because the vehicle had broken down.
19:46 - Ambulance requested near Sierraville.
22:54 - The Sheriff’s Office received Plumas County 9-1-1 calls during a routine line maintenance period.
Friday, April 17
06:43 - Sierra County Probation assisted Plumas County with conducting a search on a registered sex offender in Quincy.
08:55 - The Behavioral Health department made contact with someone. The department found deputy involvement was not necessary.
10:30 - Report of receiving “non-criminal but concerning messages” from someone. The reporting party wanted to notify law enforcement in the event of an escalation. Information on obtaining a restraining order was provided.
17:00 - Report of a tree down blocking a lane of Highway 49 near the Sierra Nevada Field Campus. Caltrans was notified.
18:40 - Ambulance requested in Sierraville.
20:10 - Ambulance requested in Sierra Brooks.
Saturday, April 18
08:50 - Ambulance requested in Loyalton.
13:23 - Sheriff’s Office assistance was requested for a suspicious call from the Vinton area. It was determined that the situation did not require law enforcement involvement.
14:44 - Documentation of harassment in Downieville.
19:21 - Request for a welfare check on a AAA client with a disabled vehicle on Gold Lake Highway. It was found that the client had moved the vehicle and was no longer in the area.
21:52 - Report of an overdue family member who had been gold panning. A deputy made contact with the subject, who was safe and sound.
23:17 - A caller wanted assistance returning from Portola to a residence also in Plumas County. The Plumas County Sheriff’s Office was notified.
Sunday, April 19
05:37 - A deputy spotted a reckless driver on Highway 395 in Nevada. The deputy did not stop the vehicle, but the Nevada State Police were notified.
08:19 - Request to check a property in Downieville. The property was found to be secure.
18:53 - Report of teenagers chasing wild turkeys in Loyalton. They were told to leave the birds alone.
