20:42 - Report of someone screaming in a Sierra Brooks residence, asking someone to call 911. Deputies responded and found a verbal family fight. The involved parties were separated for the night and agreed to keep the peace.

22:29 - Someone was informed that a medical device needed to be charged in Downieville.

06:17 - Ambulance requested in Loyalton.

07:04 - Report of a large water leak in Downieville. The public works department was notified.

08:42 - Request for assistance with a probation search in Downieville.

09:10 - Ambulance requested in the Stampede Reservoir area.

09:11 - Report of a restraining order violation in Loyalton.

12:18 - Report of juveniles jumping from Durgan Bridge in Downieville.

12:39 - Report of trespassers in Loyalton. They were gone when the Sheriff’s Office arrived.

15:03 - Report of a juvenile issue in Pike.

18:38 - Someone was on Forest Service property near Downieville without authorization. The subject was trespassed by deputies.

21:38 - A fawn was in a residence’s pool. The Sheriff’s Office and the Downieville Fire Department were able to remove the fawn, which was seen to run off into the forest.

23:53 - A deputy assisted the Plumas County Sheriff’s Office during the search for a missing paddleboarder at Frenchman Lake.

Friday, June 19

00:29 - Possible suspicious male trying to enter tents at Bear Valley Campground. The person was gone when a deputy arrived, but the deputy assisted the reporting parties with moving to a different campground.

06:04 - A fire started near Newmans Point near Highway 49. East Sierra County fire departments and the Forest Service responded.

06:12 - Report of bear and mountain lion problems in Downieville.

12:53 - Motion detection alarm in Loyalton. It was determined to be caused by FedEx’s attempt to deliver a package.

15:23 - Dispute in Loyalton. Parties agreed to keep the peace.

15:56 - Accidental 911 dial from the Sierra Brooks area.

18:05 - Report of a faulty traffic light at a construction zone near Downieville. Caltrans was able to fix the issue.

23:56 - Report of a possibly drunk person lying on Highway 49 near Downieville. Downieville Fire and a deputy were unable to locate the person.

06:05 - Illegal campers near Downieville. They were advised to move along.

15:31 - Report of juveniles jumping from Durgan Bridge in Downieville.

19:25 - Possible illegal campers along Highway 49 near Sierra City.

22:19 - Report of a family member leaving a campground with little notice in the Lakes Basin area. The caller decided to wait before filing a missing persons report, as the person had left under similar circumstances before and returned.
