18:48 - Report of a bear cub near the senior apartments in Loyalton. A deputy located the cub, which returned to the woods.
19:18 - A health and safety check was requested in Sierra City. The matter was referred to Sierra County Public Health and Adult Protective Services.
21:52 - Ambulance requested in Loyalton.
22:45 - Report of a noise complaint at a neighboring residence in Loyalton. A deputy spoke with both parties and found the situation had calmed down for the night.
23:50 - A traffic stop was conducted near the Plumas-Sierra county line. Field sobriety tests and a consent search were conducted, and the driver was found not to be impaired.

01:30 - Report of a medical alert in Loyalton with no contact. Emergency personnel responded and determined it was an accidental alarm.

Saturday, July 25
00:03 - A deputy provided transportation from the Plumas-Sierra County Fair in Quincy to a residence in Loyalton.
01:34 - A deputy encountered a bear in Loyalton and attempted to haze it from the area, but the bear ran away.
11:37 - Open-line 911 call from the Sattley area. No sounds of distress were heard.
11:45 - Request for the telephone number of a local towing company near Portola.
19:31 - Report of a vehicle crash on Highway 49 in North San Juan. The California Highway Patrol was notified.
22:57 - The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office asked Sierra County to attempt to locate a stolen vehicle possibly traveling north on Highway 395. A deputy responded but was unable to locate it.
